Yes, we’re on a quiet, residential street and the 3-level house is also gated. Plus, we are just blocks away from the police precinct and City Hall. The house itself also has security cameras monitoring the perimeter.
Certainly. We have a strong internet connection (1 GB fiber optic) and there are many spots around the house that you can work from comfortably.
Yes, there is onsite parking or street parking depending on which unit you book.
Newark Gem & Newark Ruby: 2 cars can park in the garage and 1 car can park in the driveway.
Newark Pearl: There is street parking only. Guests must read posted signs for street cleaning days.
